Join our team at Spring EOP where you'll work with patients of all ages in our beautiful Old North End office in Colorado Springs. We're looking for someone who brings both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to create meaningful connections with patients. This W2 position offers the flexibility to design your own schedule with both in-person and telehealth options.
We provide training and fieldwork opportunities for students pursuing careers in counseling, psychology, addictions treatment, and psychiatric nursing. Our placements are designed to foster growth in trauma-informed care, mental health, and substance use recovery while supporting students in meeting their academic requirements. Interns gain hands-on experience through individual, couples, and group counseling, as well as training, consultation, and employee assistance services.
