Spring EOP Internship Program

Eligible Student Disciplines

We offer training and fieldwork placement opportunities for students in the following academic programs:

  • Counseling

  • Addictions Counseling

  • Clinical Psychology

  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

  • Social Work (MSW)

These placements are designed to support clinical development in trauma-informed care, mental health, and substance use recovery.

Start Dates & Academic Calendars

  • We accept new student cohorts three times per year, typically aligned with:

    • Fall Semester

    • Spring Semester

    • Summer Semester

  • Exceptions are made for students enrolled in quarter-based academic calendars. Please indicate this in your application.

Application Process

To apply, please:

  1. Email your resume and cover letter to admin@springeop.com.

  2. Clearly include:

    • The type of academic program you are in (e.g., Counseling, MSW, PMHNP, PsyD, etc.)

    • The type of supervision required (e.g., LPC/LAC,LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, NP)

Interview Process

  • Once your materials are reviewed, you may be invited to an interview.

  • If space is available, you’ll receive:

    • Interview date options

  • If the semester is full, you’ll receive:

    • A confirmation that we’re at capacity for the semester you requested

Paid Placement & Commitment

  • This is a tiered paid position as an employee.

  • We strongly encourage students to remain in placement for the entirety of their academic fieldwork requirements to:

    • Ensure continuity of care for our clients

    • Maximize the student’s exposure to clinical growth

  • Exceptions can be made based on individual circumstances and academic program requirements.

Upon Acceptance

If you are accepted into the program, you will receive:

  • A training schedule

  • A student contract outlining expectations and compensation

  • A request for ideal schedule in order to begin planning for your clients before you begin

A hiring packet including hiring paperwork and online training requirements prior to beginning.
