Group Therapy

Group therapy at Spring EOP allows clients the community support experience vital within early recovery. This style of therapy is provided twice weekly, with a majority of clients attending one session per week. Spring EOP’s groups and programming are built around a day-by-day curriculum, that ensures all group sessions are trauma informed and completed through the use of evidence based practices. Within the first thirty days of treatment, clients are scheduled to attend two groups per week and then the clients are able to step down to one group per week following the completion of that first month if clinically appropriate determined by client and therapist. Specialized group sessions are offered depending on the needs of the client. Specialized groups include intimacy, family codependency, and trauma specialized group sessions. Spring EOP’s programming allows for specialized, client tailored, group therapy to support long term sobriety is a safe collaborative environment.

Seeking Help For A Loved One?

We understand the confusion and emotional experience it can be to watch addiction and other mental health concerns become a problem in a loved one's life. Clients often come home to old memories, proximity to old relationships, and family norms patterns that are not conducive to recovery. Arguably, this environment is the most important to address and the most often missed after a client has completed an inpatient treatment program. Family Support and Resources is a pillar of Spring EOP for this reason. Family support is offered through our family programming as part of a client’s treatment plan. The goal for family programming is two fold, allowing support for the client in their home environment, and creating a sense of support and educating family members regarding addiction and mental health.
