Weekly enhanced therapy that fits in with your
daily responsibilities.

Who We Are

Enhanced Out-Patient Programs (EOPs) are an elevated outpatient experience for exploring and addressing substance use disorders & the underlying issues that fuel addiction. Transitioning from residential treatment or other intensive levels of care often presents major issues for people in recovery.

At Spring EOP we are here to support this transition with continued, consistent care. Many clients who have experienced residential treatment find that there is a greater need for clinical support beyond one session weekly. For clients who need to work, attend school, and have ongoing family obligations, the limited time outpatient therapy provides may not be enough to sufficiently support the investment that’s been made in residential treatment with the continued journey of sobriety.

At Spring EOP, we prioritize your journey to recovery with a level of personal attention that sets us apart from other intensive outpatient programs. Our dedicated team is committed to providing tailored support, ensuring you receive the individualized care you deserve. Choose Spring EOP for a more personal and compassionate approach to your healing. We meet clients where they are in their recovery.

Spring EOP’s programming is built around curriculum that ensures all group sessions are trauma-informed and completed through the use of evidence based practices.

Why We Do It

The creation of Spring EOP is rooted in the belief  that people thrive through human connection, and community. This allows clients to understand that they are not alone within the recovery process.

Social support is a primary need in either post-residential treatment or in addition to outpatient individual therapy. Spring EOP is a strong local resource to assist clients in building sustainable long term community and support within their home community.

Spring EOP is a local, affordable, expertly staffed resource for you or your loved one’s recovery, led by qualified and licensed clinicians.
