Addiction

Real Help. Real Life. Real Recovery.

Addiction doesn’t look the same for everyone—and recovery shouldn’t either. At Spring EOP, we created a space where you can work through addiction and get the support you need without stepping away from your life.

You don’t have to go to inpatient treatment or wait until you hit “rock bottom” to get help. Here, recovery fits into your life—not the other way around.

Understanding Addiction

Addiction can start quietly. What begins as relief or escape can grow into something that feels impossible to control. You might find yourself caught between wanting to stop and not knowing how. That tension is painful—and you don’t have to face it alone.

We understand addiction as more than a habit or behavior. It’s often rooted in pain, stress, trauma, or disconnection. Our work focuses on helping you heal what’s underneath while giving you tools to move forward in a sustainable, realistic way.

Our Approach to Recovery

Spring EOP was built on the belief that recovery should be accessible, flexible, and deeply personal. Our outpatient model allows you to stay engaged in your daily life—work, family, school—while receiving the same level of thoughtful, evidence-based care you’d find in a more intensive setting.

We don’t require sobriety to start. Some clients come in once a week, others several times a week—it’s completely tailored to your needs, your goals, and your pace. Together, we’ll work toward:

  • Reducing or stopping substance use in a way that feels achievable

  • Building healthier coping skills and emotional awareness

  • Understanding triggers and learning practical ways to manage them

  • Strengthening relationships and restoring trust

  • Reconnecting you with your sense of purpose and self

You’ll have a therapist who truly listens and works with you—not against you. Our team meets you where you are, with compassion and respect, so you can take real steps toward change.

The Spring EOP Difference

We opened Spring EOP because we saw a gap in care—people struggling with addiction who didn’t need inpatient treatment, but still wanted real, consistent support. Our goal is to make high-quality care accessible, flexible, and human.

Every session is grounded in empathy, honesty, and collaboration. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your relationship with substances or are well into recovery, you’ll find understanding here—not judgment.

Start Where You Are

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Healing starts with a conversation, and we’ll walk with you from there.
