Nell Sundra, LPC
Hello! I’m Nell (she/her). I’m an LPC passionate about empowering young adults to heal from complex trauma, attachment wounds, religious deconstruction and trauma, and substance use. I am particularly dedicated to supporting young women and the LGBTQIA+ community.
I believe therapy works best when we tend to the whole person rather than just a diagnosis. Whether you’re unlearning old beliefs or healing from past hurts, we will work together to create a path toward clarity and peace. My approach is relational and holistic: I offer a warm, collaborative space, focusing on helping you break through old patterns while building authentic connection.
I primarily operate from a Person-Centered Therapy lens, though I also frequently integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to meet your specific needs. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I hold an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Illinois University and a B.S. in Social Work from Miami University. I combine this clinical foundation with an emphasis on creating a deep relationship where you can feel truly seen and understood.
Whatever you are walking through, you don’t have to carry your burdens alone. I’m here to help you navigate your healing journey.
