Morgan Mote
Morgan Mote (she/her) is a Master of Social Work intern focusing on substance use recovery and trauma-informed care. She is actively working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) credentials. As a military veteran, first responder spouse, and former nonprofit professional, Morgan brings both lived leadership experience and a deep commitment to client-centered, values-driven care.
Her practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and empowerment. Morgan creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to be fully authentic, working together to overcome challenges using meaningful, evidence-based approaches. She integrates modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support individuals, teens, and families navigating emotional regulation, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and substance use.
Before beginning her clinical path, Morgan worked in non-profit behavioral health, where she developed a strong understanding of systemic barriers to care. Her work centered on increasing access to services and supporting community-driven solutions. She is passionate about walking alongside clients as they reclaim their stories, build resilience, and create meaningful pathways to healing, recovery, and personal empowerment.
