I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), with an emphasis in Addictions Counseling. I work with clients of all ages and bring extensive experience supporting children and teenagers. I am currently accepting new clients.

I value creating a collaborative, affirming, and compassionate space where clients from all walks of life feel seen and supported. My background also includes working with individuals navigating chronic health challenges, which has deepened my understanding of resilience and the mind-body connection.

My counseling approach is grounded in Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT), which emphasizes the power of connection, authenticity, and empowerment in the healing process. I believe that meaningful growth occurs through relationships that honor mutual respect and recognize the impact of our social and cultural environments.
