Courtney Frazier 

Courtney (She/Her) is a Clinical Psychology graduate student at Pittsburg State University, set to earn her degree in December 2025. She is working toward her Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) licensure and brings a diverse background in both school-based mental health support for children and families and inpatient addiction treatment. 

Courtney believes the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of client growth and healing. She creates a calm, steady presence where clients feel safe to share their experiences without fear or judgment. Her approach is warm, empathetic, and person-centered, honoring each client's unique journey and their own definition of happiness. She prides herself on her ability to work through diverse forms of trauma with clients, helping them feel supported and empowered in their healing process. 

With curiosity, respect, and genuine care, Courtney works to build resilience and foster lasting change. She uses a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), adapting techniques to fit the needs of each client. Whether you are navigating life's challenges, building coping skills, or working towards personal goals, Courtney is committed to walking alongside you with support and understanding.
