Cheyenne Newby, LPCC

I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. In our first session, we will take time to get to know one another, explore your concerns, and identify your goals for counseling. I welcome your questions at any point in the process and value open, collaborative communication.

My approach to counseling is humanistic and person-centered, grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and change. I use strength-based techniques to help you recognize your existing abilities and resilience, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.

In our work together, I provide a nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I may gently guide your awareness to patterns in your thinking, behaviors, and nonverbal communication to deepen insight. Together, we will examine how your beliefs influence your daily life, identify stressors, and build on your strengths to support meaningful, lasting change.
