Bri Sintas, LAC
I’m a therapist who believes in helping people reconnect with their sense of self, resilience, and purpose—especially when life has felt overwhelming or stuck. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel seen and safe enough to explore your experiences, challenge old patterns, and start to heal in ways that feel meaningful and lasting.
I’m trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, with a strong focus on addiction and trauma recovery. I also bring experience working with teens and understand how layered those years can be, especially when mental health, identity, and family dynamics come into play.
I earned my Master’s in Addiction Counseling from Colorado State University and have spent over eight years working with co-occurring disorders—helping clients navigate the intersections of mental health and substance use. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Brainspotting, tailoring sessions to meet each client where they are.
Whether you’re a teen, young adult, or adult navigating complex challenges, I’m here to support your process of reclaiming insight, building coping skills, and moving toward the life you want—on your terms.
