Bre Abel (she/her) is a a Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) currently training to become a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). Bre is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and is expected to graduate in May 2026. Bre brings experience from a range of settings, including residential treatment, hospital settings, foster care, and forensic systems.

Bre’s work is rooted in the belief that healing is not linear and looks different for everyone. Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, she meets each individual with empathy, curiosity, and respect. She is especially passionate about reducing barriers to care and creating safe, inclusive spaces where people feel heard, supported, and empowered.
