Anna M. Parker, BA, BSN, RN, is a Master of Science in Nursing student in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She brings nursing experience and a passion for evidence-based, compassionate psychiatric care across the lifespan.
Her clinical interests include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-informed care, and the impact of adverse life experiences on mental health. She is particularly interested in helping individuals navigate complex emotional challenges through a holistic approach that integrates biological, psychological, social, and behavioral factors. Anna is committed to fostering therapeutic relationships, reducing stigma surrounding mental illness, and promoting resilience and recovery. She values collaborative, patient-centered care and strives to empower individuals to achieve improved mental health and overall well-being.
