Anna Johnson, LPCC

Anna Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work with clients. Integrating the whole self through body awareness and identifying the unique parts that make us whole, she helps individuals connect more deeply with themselves, understand their emotional landscapes, and move toward healing with curiosity and care.

Before joining the Spring EOP team, Anna worked as an EMT, providing exposure in working with grief and trauma as well as individuals in service-oriented, high-intensity roles, such as fellow first responders. Her calm, attuned approach creates a space where clients can safely explore their experiences and build meaningful tools for resilience. With additional experience working in schools, Anna currently works mostly with adolescence, she understands the unique pressures and transitions this stage of life can bring, and she offers a steady, supportive environment where clients can feel understood and empowered.

As a graduate of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), Anna blends her background in counseling with her therapeutic training and her genuine care for people. Her approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative, offering clients a space where they can feel supported, grounded, and truly seen on their path forward.
