What is an Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP)?

EOP stands for “Enhanced Outpatient Programming,” an elevated outpatient experience for exploring and addressing substance use disorders and the underlying issues that fuel addiction. The clinical programming of Spring EOP helps clients address a variety of mental health and addiction concerns, including substance use disorders and symptoms, trauma, couples and intimacy issues, familial stress, depression, anxiety, and other stressors that directly impact sobriety.

Enhanced Out-Patient Programs (EOPs) are an elevated outpatient experience for exploring and addressing substance use disorders & the underlying issues that fuel addiction.

Transitioning from residential treatment or other intensive levels of care often presents major issues for people in recovery. There is a hole in recovery programming that our Enhanced Outpatient Program aims to fill. For clients who need to work, attend school, and have ongoing family obligations, the limited time outpatient therapy provides may not be enough to sufficiently support the investment that’s been made in residential treatment with the continued journey of sobriety. Many clients who have experienced residential treatment find that there is a greater need for clinical support beyond one session weekly; at Spring EOP we are here to support this transition with continued, consistent care.

Is it Different than Outpatient (OP) ?

Yes, EOP is different from the OP experience based on the amount of programming offered. In a traditional Outpatient care, clients are likely to attend weekly individual sessions with a therapist. Within Spring EOP we offer group sessions that fit within your schedule twice a week. In addition to group, two individual sessions are provided in order to create extensive clinical support as you continue your journey of sobriety and mental wellness.

How long is your program?

Our program is anywhere from 3 months to 12 months depending on the need of the client. We believe by offering long term care, clients are provided the appropriate support for sustainable wellness and sobriety. This timeframe additionally allows clients to begin to work through trauma within an appropriate timeline.
