Message from Connor: The approach I take with clients emphasizes the exploration of your individuality, purpose, and the search for meaning in your life. Together, we will delve into the depths of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, uncovering your inner strengths and resources to help you face life's challenges with confidence. I encourage self-reflection, self-acceptance, and personal responsibility, fostering an environment where you can embrace your authentic self and find your own answers to life's questions. My goal is to support you in discovering your values, passions, and the freedom to live a life aligned with your true self.

Empowerment is at the core of my feminist approach. I aim to empower you to reclaim your voice, assert your boundaries, and make informed choices that honor your authentic self. We will work together to address issues related to the various identities you hold such as gender identity, socioeconomic status, spiritual beliefs, and everything in between, all while fostering a sense of agency and resilience.
